Director of Construction & Site Operations

Greg leads the construction arm of Illawarra Projects, overseeing all onsite operations from initial site establishment through to final project delivery. With two decades of hands-on experience in the building industry, Greg specialises in complex structural works, site logistics, trade coordination, and ensuring workmanship meets the highest standards.

Known for his practical leadership style and commitment to quality, Greg plays a critical role in maintaining safe, compliant, and efficient worksites. His extensive knowledge underpins the reliable execution of every project the company undertakes.

Benjamin Young

Director of Business Operations & Procurement

Ben manages the operational backbone of Illawarra Projects, overseeing procurement, business administration, contract management, and government compliance. With 20 years of industry experience, Ben ensures that all backend systems run smoothly—supporting accurate tender submissions, effective budgeting, streamlined procurement, and strong organisational governance.

His detail-focused approach and deep understanding of regulatory requirements allow the company to deliver projects with confidence, transparency, and professionalism. Ben's strategic oversight ensures each project is supported from planning through to completion.

William Taliouras

Director of Project Development & Coordination
20 Years' Industry Experience

Will specialises in scoping new works and coordinating project requirements from concept through to mobilisation. With 20 years of building industry experience, he works closely with clients, consultants, and the onsite team to define project scopes, organise resources, and prepare works for efficient delivery.

Balancing both office and onsite responsibilities, Will ensures each project is clearly planned, accurately assessed, and ready for execution. His proactive coordination helps drive strong project outcomes and seamless transitions between project stages.
